Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with our products, you will be able to exchange or return them within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the funds are unused. Simply contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
Bottoms must be returned in their original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return unless the product arrives defective.
In the event that the product(s) arrive defective, we will need as many proof photos as possible. We will need photos not only of the damaged product, but also of the original packaging showing the shipping label.
We will not be able to accept returns if the backgrounds are returned with signs of use (stains, light scratches, tears…)
We are a small company where our orders are hand packed and each background is thoroughly checked for any quality issues. Even so, if any of your backgrounds arrive damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the problem within 48 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive your return, as long as everything is in perfect condition, we will credit your refund to the card used to make the purchase.
We will refund your money back to the card used to make the purchase.
